We apply systematic approach to communications, that’s why Communication Research Department accompanies projects of all other practices – from preparation of the first proposal for Client and communication strategy development to its implementation evaluation.
The analysis of informational field helps to determine what messages to what audience and when have to be delivered in order to reach the goals. In addition, analytics is an important component in determining the effectiveness of PR-projects already implemented and in developing recommendations for further steps in communication. Sometimes results of our studies lead not only to changes in communication approaches, but also to revision of the Client's business strategy.
Communications Research Department conducts reputational, communication and media audits basing on research of different target audiences’ opinions, prepares regular media reviews for operative decision making and timely adjustment of the communication strategy, analyzes the Client’s media field and its main competitors on the basis of information both from traditional media and new media – blogs, social networks, etc.
