At the first stage within communication platform elaboration and the companies’ preparation, before going public, the Practice provided the following services to ‘Myronivsky Hliboproduct’, ‘Astarta’, TMM:

Achievements and results

Effective reputation platform contributed greatly to MHP success within entrance in the international capital market that resulted in $371 mln of investments attracted.

TMM attracted $104,9 mln within IPO, while the company’s capitalization exceeded $1,2 bln as for the end of 2007.

When ‘Astarta’ entered the international stock exchange key messages on the company’s new image were successfully delivered to the target business audiences. At that time ‘Astarta’, an average agricultural holding, has transformed into a unique public company with a strong reputation. PR activities contributed greatly to the following results achieved in 1 year period, namely:

• 10 new agricultural enterprises within the company
• New sugar mill operation start
• Over 80% increase in production volume
• Start of cooperation with new key business partners

Practice team has also provided an effective support within ‘Atlant-M’, an international automobile holding, outstanding social initiative realization - the branded reef establishment in Koktebel bay at a depth of 11 meters. To attract attention to one of the key problems of the Black Sea, the reduction in its self-purification ability, was the main task of the project.

Result: ‘Atlant-M reef’ Project presented by PRP Ukraine got the 3-rd position within the National PR ‘PRAVDA Awards’ contest annual ceremony in 2008 in ‘The Most Creative Project’ nomination.
