Jean Lemierre’s Business Visit To SBK Plant

Goals:

• To communicate SBK and EBRD partnership within the joint project of new SBK plant building in Ozera (Kyiv refion) within Jean Lemierre visit to Ukraine during EBRD Annual meeting on May, 18-19, 2008.

Tactics:

• Detailed event concept and logistics plan development
• Information materials development (press-release, company profile, information about the plant in Ozera)
• Media training for SBK top-management
• Media relations (accreditation, invitation, on-spot assistance, follow-up)
• Event management (guests invitation, logistics, scenario, press-briefing moderation, excursion)
