About the company

TMM is a full-scale real estate developer and construction company. TMM has been operating in the Ukrainian real estate market since 1994 and is one of the leading real estate developer and construction companies in the country.

TMM is primarily engaged in the development and construction of residential and commercial buildings (turnkey projects), and further post-construction utility services provision for the completed projects.

The total area of the projects completed by TMM during 14 years is over 450 thousand sq. m. Since May 2007 TMM Company shares are listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

TMM Company has been cooperating with PRP Ukraine since 2006

PRP Ukraine provides TMM with the following services:

• The Company’s press office maintenance

• Press events organization

• Communication materials elaboration

• Corporate web site support

• Investor relations support (special materials elaboration)

• Corporate newspaper elaboration and support

Results:

• An effective communication strategy that meets public company standards had been elaborated and implemented before TMM held an IPO in May, 2007. TMM attracted 104,9 mln US dollars within IPO, while the Company’s capitalization exceeded 1,2 bln US dollars as for the end of 2007.

• The Company’s corporate web site was elaborated. TMM web site was recognized the best one among the Ukrainian construction companies web sites, according to the ‘Delo’ newspaper rating.

• TMM company awareness was increased considerably within the media. The overall number of publications, where TMM Company was mentioned, amounted to over 2000 in 2008.
